Repair charges are based on a minimum charge of one hour including travelling time on outward journey from Saffron Walden, or Bishops Stortford. Any parts are extra to this cost. If the problem is found to be costly to repair, or further parts are needed a price will be given before continuing with any repair.

Most calls can be dealt with within 24 hours of a request being made. Visits are typically made between 8 am and 4pm, (finishing at 5pm) Monday to Friday. Prices are avaliable for Saturday and Sunday calls on request.
