Our field of operation varies between commercial and domestic customers. For domestic refrigeration service calls we cover the areas of West Essex and East Hertfordshire. For commercial refrigeration service calls, in addition to West Essex and East Herts, we cover North and East London and the other areas of Hertfordshire.

Formed in 1983, we are a small family-owned and managed independent company. We aim to offer prompt service to our clientele, with customer satisfaction a prime motivation.

We repair many different makes of refrigeration cabinets including Hotpoint, Creda, Electrolux, Lec, Tricity, Hoover, Indesit, Whirlpool and Zanussi. We are however unable to carry out repairs to American-style cabinets or Bosch, Siemens and Miele makes. We do not sell domestic cabinets, in what has become a very competitive market for the larger multiples. If we find that your cabinet is beyond repair, or would not be feasible to do so we will be happy to suggest a replacement however. For more information, click here

So far as commercial refrigeration sales are concerned, we supply and install icemaking machines, cellar refrigeration systems, chiller and freezer cold rooms, back bar coolers, chillers and freezers. We also supply and install glass-washing machines. For more information, click here

The growing air conditioning market is something that we are also very active in, covering similar geographic areas to those of our refrigeration clientele. We supply and install domestic air conditioning for conservatories, lounges and bedrooms for instance. In addition, we also supply and install split systems to offices, shops, workshops, classrooms, IT rooms and food preparation areas. We also provide a leak check and re-gas service for saloon car air conditioning systems.

We are always happy to offer prices for any of the above. We offer an on-site survey for air conditioning installations, cellar refrigeration systems and cold rooms, which enables us to calculate duty requirements for quotations. We are licensed by the Office of Fair Trading for consumer credit, and can offer credit facilities, subject to status, through an associate company. To find out more, click here
